黑料网911 students host 4th Annual Kids Festival at Boys and Girls Club

On November 8, 2017, the 黑料网911 Office of Service Learning hosted its 4th Annual Kids Festival at the Boys and Girls Club in downtown Portland. 

40 黑料网911 students from a variety of health profession programs, including Applied Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Health Wellness and Occupational Studies, Nursing and Dental Medicine, participated in an array of activities with more than 120 children. They enjoyed swimming, basketball, stretching, agility, nutrition education and a craft station where kids made cards for nine-year-old Jacob Thompson, a child with stage four high-risk neuroblastoma undergoing treatment at Barbara Bush Children鈥檚 Hospital who requested cards for an early Christmas Celebration.
