Seven students from ºÚÁÏÍø911’s College of Osteopathic Medicine awarded Carmen Pettapiece Research Fund Scholarship

The ºÚÁÏÍø911’s College of Osteopathic Medicine Student Government Association announced the winners of the 2015-2016 Carmen Pettapiece Research Fund Scholarship.

The winners are first year COM students Justin Berkner, Sara Capobianco, Ian Corbett, Kenneth Ierardi, Ryan Kollar, Pasquale (Joe) Marotta and Sruthi Samala.ʉ۬

The ºÚÁÏÍø911 COM SGA established the Carmen Pettapiece Student Research Fund in an effort to support all areas of medically oriented research conducted by ºÚÁÏÍø911 COM students. Students may apply for financial support through this fund in order to conduct a research project in Osteopathic Medicine, Clinical, Biomedical or Public Health, or to support research through necessary supplies.
