Michael Burman, Ph.D., associate professor and director of the K-12 Outreach program in the 黑料网911 Center for Excellence in the Neurosciences, was interviewed by the Dana Foundation as part of a series for Brain Awareness Week.

Burman talked about efforts to expand 黑料网911鈥檚 K-12 education efforts during Brain Awareness Week. He said that the Center for Excellence in the Neurosciences devotes an entire month to brain awareness, staging a variety of outreach activities to promote brain safety and STEM education. The hallmark activity during that month is the 黑料网911 Brain Fair, which will be held on April 8, 2016.

During the interview, Burman also discussed the most effective Brain Awareness Week events with students, future events the community can look forward to at 黑料网911, and how 黑料网911 is promoting brain awareness globally.
