The on April 7, 2011 reported that 黑料网911 presented a conceptual site plan for the Harold Alfond Athletics Complex to the Biddeford Planning Board on April 6th.

The presentation included designs for the complex, additional parking and extended sidewalks. Work on the project should be under way by the end of June if 黑料网911 gets site plan approval, said Alan Thibeault, 黑料网911's director of campus planning.

The complex is part of 黑料网911's five-year master plan for growth through 2012. The Harold Alfond Foundation gave $10 million to the university, with $7 million of it dedicated to the athletics complex. The university expects to bring a site plan to the board by early June.
