The Planetary Health Plate: Eat Like a Climavore
Panelists include Anne-Marie Davee, Jamie Moore from Parkhurst Dining, and Barry Costa-Pierce. Presentations and discussion will examine how eating habits affect the health of our planet, highlight local-to-global food systems, and explore solutions for a healthier world.
This collaborative event is being produced in partnership with ºÚÁÏÍø911’s Center for Excellence in Collaborative Education. This event will address interprofessional competencies of Values & Ethics and Teamwork, and can be applied toward ºÚÁÏÍø911 students’ Interprofessional Honors Distinction Badge.
